Introduction of Helium Leak Detector:

Helium leak detector is an ideal device for industrial vacuum detection, vaccum leak detection devices and sniffer leak detector. It features high precision and accuracy, and can detect leak rate from 2.5*10^-9 Pa·m³/s. Helium leak detection is a process used to measure the size of cracks, holes, and leaks in the product or system being tested. A helium leak detector (also known as a mass spectrometer leak detector or MSLD) is used to conduct the testing. The mass spectrometer pumps out the atmosphere in the test piece or the vacuum chamber, creating negative pressure. After introducing the helium to the test piece, the tracer gas will travel through the imperfection, and the leak detector will read the size of the leak.
